We took Kieran to another Easter egg hunt at the UAF plaza. There were little plastic eggs everywhere and Kieran had no trouble filling his basket. We followed him around and re-hid eggs as fast as he could find new ones. In slightly more interesting hiding spots, I might add.
The snow was going fast in the prior week's warm weather.
Kieran came down to the kitchen Easter morning to find his very own easter basket Mette had put together for him. He loved the pig family and peanut butter cups.
For Easter lunch, I took Kieran to his friend Emmet's house for a big lunch, sledding and skating party. They flooded their own hockey rink this winter and everyone sledded down the trail to it for some fun skating. Here is a short video clip of Kieran's first slapshot. His interest in hockey is tenuous, especially when crowded by older and better skater, Emmet.
